Embedded Intelligence Program Manager (Security Intelligence)

Salary: USD 170,000–190,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead operational oversight across multiple teams and workstreams supporting a global entertainment client program.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison for client stakeholders and maintain trusted business relationships.
• Set program goals, priorities, and capability development plans with client stakeholders and hirify.global leadership.
• Ensure consistent service quality through coordination, quality assurance, performance monitoring, and reporting.
• Identify operational risks, resource constraints, and skill gaps, then implement mitigation and improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, evaluate, and support the professional development of program personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in security studies, intelligence, international relations, criminal justice, business management, risk management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in corporate security, intelligence, risk management, investigations, crisis management, program management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience leading teams, supervisors, managers, or multifunctional programs.
• Strong program management, operational leadership, stakeholder engagement, communication, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and geographically dispersed teams in a client-facing environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
