Program Manager (Enterprise IT)

Salary: $49,996.80–$290,004.00 per year

What you will do

• Manage complex IT programs with structured governance, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate system integration across engineering teams, customer stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.
• Gather, vet, document, and validate technical requirements, including requirements for training and educational exercises.
• Provide technical leadership, guide multidisciplinary teams, and brief customer personnel on program execution and IT capabilities.
• Use Office 365, Azure, Entra, Intune, and Teams to support collaboration, device management, and identity governance.
• Develop technical equipment specifications, evaluate vendor quotations, and support procurement and acquisition activities.

Requirements

• US citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years managing complex IT programs or systems in the Intelligence Community.
• 5+ years designing, documenting, and implementing enterprise-level technology operations teams.
• 5+ years managing internal and external audits, RACI frameworks, and business process reviews.
• Experience with program governance, requirements management, technical leadership, risk management, vendor coordination, procurement, and Microsoft cloud tools.

Nice to have

• Active PMP, PgMP, ITIL, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with RMF/ICD 503 accreditation processes and cleared government or Intelligence Community environments.
• Familiarity with DISA STIGs, DoD/IC IT compliance frameworks, and security governance standards.
• Experience with enterprise IT modernization, cloud migrations, hybrid infrastructure, and large-scale multi-vendor programs.
• Knowledge of IT financial management, Agile or SAFe, governance boards, and program reviews.
