Salary: $133,515–$200,330 per year

What you will do

• Lead overall execution of the Integrated Security Services contract and serve as the primary contract manager.
• Provide strategic oversight for task order activities and direct Task Order Program Managers.
• Manage contract performance, schedules, costs, risks, personnel, and operational delivery.
• Coordinate with government leadership and the Contracting Officer's Representative.
• Oversee implementation, sustainment, and modernization of complex electronic and physical security systems.
• Maintain compliance with contractual requirements and reporting obligations.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• An active Secret security clearance and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance are required.
• 15+ years of experience implementing, managing, and sustaining complex security systems and programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Scrum or Agile certification.
• Other recognized project or program management certifications.
