Material Clerk (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Rosenberg, Texas, United States; combination office and production-floor environment with 12-hour shifts and overtime when necessary.

Work authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

What you will do

• Stage work orders and facilitate raw materials for production lines.
• Issue wire from stock for released orders and operator requests, then return remaining wire to inventory.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying material locations, pallet identification, cycle counts, and adjustments.
• Move lubricants, reels, pallets, and wire while keeping the warehouse organized and clean.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards while maintaining personal and surrounding workplace safety.
• Prepare weekly status reports on cycle count and inventory adjustment activity.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or demonstrated basic literacy and math proficiency.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Fluent Spanish required.
• Strong verbal communication skills and willingness to develop additional skills and training.
• Proven ability to operate a forklift; ability to learn to use micrometers and other measuring devices.
• Must be at least 18 years old and complete post-offer background, employment and education verification, drug screening, and physical examination.

Nice to have

• 1–3 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
