Maintenance Manager (Agriculture)

Location: Carinup farm, near Lake Grace, Western Australia. The role is based on the farm, with accommodation provided as part of the employment offer.

Salary: Attractive package based on experience.

What you will do

• Oversee maintenance of light vehicles, trucks, tractors, sprayers, harvesters, and farm support equipment.
• Conduct diagnostic tests, analyse results, complete servicing, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Manage the on-farm workshop, maintain parts stock, and complete pre-season maintenance.
• Attend equipment call-outs and provide technical advice to the Farm Manager.
• Assist with spraying, seeding, harvest operations, and other general farm duties.
• Identify and report health and safety hazards, incidents, and issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a mechanic, Maintenance Manager, or in a similar role.
• Experience in agriculture, transport, earthmoving, or mining.
• Experience operating large-scale plant and equipment.
• Willingness to learn, work safely, adopt new practices, develop skills, and work as part of a team.
• High initiative, self-motivation, and good communication skills.
• Class MC Driver’s Licence is preferred but not essential.
