What you will do
- Lead, coach, support, and roster the maintenance team.
- Own the Maintenance Department budget, monitor spending and forecasts, and explain monthly variances.
- Manage purchase orders, contractor costs, quotes, and Delegation of Authority compliance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to annual budget and CAPEX planning.
- Oversee grounds, facilities, amenities, and swimming pool operations and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and park policies while maintaining a high-quality guest environment.
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance management, facilities management, or a similar operational role.
- Confidence working with budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Ability to combine hands-on maintenance work with planning and reporting.
- Strong organization, proactive problem-solving, calmness under pressure, and clear communication.
- Commitment to guest experience and maintaining a safe, well-presented environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with swimming pool maintenance, water quality, filtration systems, and safe operation.
- Trade qualification or a background as a builder, carpenter, or in a similar trade.
- Experience in holiday parks, resorts, hotels, or comparable environments.
