What you will do

  • Lead and coordinate maintenance and supply support operations across multiple sites to maintain training-device availability.
  • Manage maintenance resources, schedules, budgets, priorities, and operational requirements.
  • Maintain training-device certification and compliance with CASA, EASA, FAA, and UK CAA requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement across maintenance, quality, safety, and operational performance.
  • Develop the maintenance workforce through training, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Monitor maintenance metrics and costs, taking corrective action to achieve customer, contractual, and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience in a senior maintenance leadership or maintenance management role.
  • Experience leading maintenance teams in highly regulated operational environments.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation maintenance compliance, certification, and quality management systems.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, schedules, and operational performance.
  • Experience working with regulatory authorities and supporting audits, qualifications, and requalifications.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site at Homebush, NSW, and obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance; Australian citizenship is a main clearance requirement.

Nice to have

  • Experience with flight simulation training devices or synthetic training systems.
  • Experience in defence, aerospace, or aviation training environments.
  • Technical qualifications in aviation maintenance, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of supply support and logistics operations.
  • Experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
