Grounds & Maintenance Attendant

What you will do

• Complete incidental maintenance repairs across guest rooms, amenities, and facilities.
• Provide friendly, on-the-spot customer service for in-room maintenance requests.
• Support building projects, major repairs, renovations, and mechanical tasks.
• Carry out painting, basic plumbing, hardware replacements, and other practical repairs.
• Maintain the property’s grounds and gardens.
• Follow daily direction while working independently and flexibly, including weekends as required.

Requirements

• Experience in property maintenance and confidence using power tools.
• Strong customer service, communication, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work independently.
• Knowledge of safe working procedures and a hands-on, energetic approach.
• Reasonable level of physical fitness.
• Medium rigid truck and forklift licences are highly desirable.
