Contracts & Invoicing Analyst

Location: Milwaukee, WI, USA; work from the Milwaukee office is required. The role operates Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST, with a hybrid designation.

What you will do

• Review expert invoices for accuracy, completeness, and required itemization.
• Enter invoice data into Salesforce and generate client-facing invoices.
• Send invoices to attorney clients and follow up to support timely payment.
• Communicate with expert consultants and attorneys by email and phone.
• Resolve questions related to invoice submissions, payments, and documentation.
• Provide professional, client-focused service while managing multiple tasks autonomously.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone communication.
• Client-focused mindset with critical thinking and strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable multitasking independently.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach and commitment to high performance.
• Comfort with cloud-based tools such as Salesforce.
• Entry-level candidates may apply; a bachelor's degree in a research-focused major is beneficial but not required.
