Client Service Analyst (Finance)

What you will do

• Partner with Client Service Teams to support ultra-high-net-worth clients in the East Coast Region.
• Support advisors with new and existing client accounts and ongoing client service.
• Prepare account paperwork, contracts, and subscription agreements.
• Facilitate the opening and closing of SMA and brokerage accounts.
• Manage cash and security movements, including deposits, withdrawals, gifts, wires, and journals.
• Coordinate with custodians and internal Operations teams and review billing for accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Finance or Business preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in financial services.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel to domestic office locations as needed.
