People Partner

Location: Paterna, Valencia, Spain

Salary: €40,000–€45,000 per annum

What you will do

• Support managers and business leaders across Spain with day-to-day people matters, employee relations, performance management, disciplinary and grievance cases.
• Assist with organisational change, restructures, business transformation, workforce planning, and organisational design initiatives.
• Promote employee engagement, coach managers on people management practices, and support talent reviews, succession planning, and career development.
• Work with Talent Acquisition on hiring and onboarding, and support performance improvement plans and learning and development programmes.
• Analyse attrition, absence, engagement, and organisational trends; produce insights and maintain accurate HR records and reporting.
• Support compliance with Spanish employment legislation, act as Equality Plan Officer, and liaise with employee representative bodies and trade unions.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or HR Business Partnering.
• Strong understanding of Spanish employment legislation.
• Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
• Experience advising managers on people matters, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel and HR reporting capabilities.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting multiple sites or regions.
• Experience in a multinational or matrix organisation.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Professional HR qualification or equivalent.
• Additional European language skills.
