Salary: €1,000–€1,400 per month

What you will do
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates for plant positions.
- Prepare orientation materials and facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires.
- Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives.
- Research HR best practices and support the implementation of policies and procedures for the manufacturing environment.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and surveys focused on workplace culture and satisfaction.
Requirements
- English fluency in spoken and written communication is required.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
