People Experience Business Partner

What you will do

• Partner with R&D leaders on performance management, succession planning, career development, employee engagement, and employee relations.
• Build an understanding of business needs and people dynamics to advise leaders through growth, change, and complexity.
• Support leaders in managing organizational change and addressing immediate people challenges.
• Surface organizational themes and contribute to leader enablement programs with the Organizational Development team.
• Collaborate across the People Experience function to improve the experience of employees and leaders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
• Experience coaching managers on people-related solutions.
• Strong listening skills, emotional intelligence, empathy, and situational awareness.
• Ability to uncover root causes, identify opportunities, and provide practical solutions.
• Comfort with difficult or uncomfortable conversations and the ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
