Electrical Construction Manager

Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany; onsite construction activities

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate electrical construction activities from project start through completion.
• Manage Site Managers, Supervisors, Foremen, subcontractors, labour, plant, equipment, and site logistics.
• Drive programme delivery through planning, resource management, productivity monitoring, and progress reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Oversee quality control, testing, commissioning, project handover, and stakeholder relationships.
• Identify project risks and support commercial and operational objectives while promoting continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Qualified electrical trade background.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in M&E construction and site management.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or leisure projects.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery objectives.
