Experiential Learning Specialist

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, USA; hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week, Monday–Thursday. Occasional evenings, weekends, and minimal travel may be required.

Salary: $20.51–$28.85

What you will do

• Advise and support students throughout the experiential learning lifecycle.
• Coordinate applications, registrations, placements, documentation, and student data tracking.
• Review and approve experiential learning sites and preceptors against academic requirements.
• Coach students through placement barriers and make appropriate resource referrals.
• Build relationships and negotiate with internal stakeholders, partners, and preceptors.
• Facilitate clinical affiliation agreements and provide peer training and guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Attention to detail, mental concentration, adaptability, and the ability to balance competing priorities.
• Three years of customer service or related experience preferred.
• Healthcare education experience preferred.
