What you will do
- Recruit qualified candidates for academic programs through inbound inquiries, outbound calls, web leads, phone-a-thons, and dialing campaigns.
- Explain program offerings, entrance requirements, curricula, and academic standards to prospective students.
- Schedule and conduct student interviews using approved materials and compliant admissions procedures.
- Match suitable programs to studentsβ goals, qualifications, interests, and objectives.
- Guide students through applications, enrollment forms, documentation, and financial aid packaging follow-up.
- Maintain accurate inquiry records, activity reports, pre-start paperwork, and admissions systems.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work assigned or flexible hours necessary to complete weekly responsibilities.
- Ability to follow admissions policies, enrollment standards, governmental regulations, and accreditation requirements.
- Bachelorβs degree preferred.
