Apartment Leasing Sales Consultant - Vue at Centennial

Location: Onsite at Vue at Centennial in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

Compensation: Up to $20 per hour, plus commission opportunities.

What you will do

• Follow the sales process, promptly follow up with prospects, schedule tours, and lease apartments.
• Present the value of the community and help prospects find a suitable home.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and future residents.
• Support other hirify.global and contribute to community marketing efforts.
• Follow Fair Housing laws and regulations.

Requirements

• At least one year of sales and customer service experience, including achievement of sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success with goal setting, goal achievement, and following a sales process.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Availability for a flexible onsite schedule, typically Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
