CNC Machinist - 1st Shift

Location: 8521 S Regency Dr, Tulsa, OK 74131, USA. Onsite, Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, paid as $750 after 90 days and $750 after 180 days.

What you will do

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines using G-code and conversational programming.
• Interpret work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, material specifications, and GD&T requirements.
• Install and adjust tooling, offsets, attachments, collets, bushings, and stops with minimal assistance.
• Measure first-run and sample parts, troubleshoot machining issues, adjust programs, and replace worn tools.
• Follow quality and safety procedures, complete preventive maintenance, and document production activities.
• Train other machinists on machining, programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED/TASC plus at least five years of CNC machinist experience, or completion of a certified machining program or equivalent experience.
• Ability to set up machines from scratch, touch off tools, write basic controller programs, and calculate feeds and speeds.
• Knowledge of materials, hardness and grades, arc/radius programming, tool-nose-radius compensation, and blueprint reading.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, thread gauges, bore gauges, plug gauges, or CMMs.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with diverse colleagues, maintain accurate records, and work overtime when required.
