What you will do

• Lead and deliver technical cyber security engagements across the healthcare and life sciences sector.
• Take new digital trust and cyber security service propositions to market.
• Lead sales and business development initiatives, supporting annual regional revenue of £1.5+ million.
• Build and manage senior client relationships with CIO, CFO, COO, CISO and Head of Technology stakeholders.
• Lead a highly effective team focused on client outcomes and individual development.

Requirements

• Experience working with health and life sciences organisations is required.
• Experience structuring client requirements, challenges, opportunities and strategic aspirations.
• Knowledge of cyber security, privacy and the regulatory environment affecting healthcare and life sciences clients.
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder engagement and Board-level communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and established industry relationships across HLS organisations.
• Experience leading multiple engagements and developing strong client networks.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM or CIPP/E qualification.
