Lead Cyber Security Consultant (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote, USA; West Coast focus

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 base salary annually, plus bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Identify prospective customers’ technical requirements and use cases, aligning them with the platform’s technical and business value.
• Deliver solution demonstrations, manage proof-of-concepts, and support technical sales cycles with enterprise customers.
• Advise customers on cybersecurity programs, crisis simulations, cyber skills development, and organizational risk measurement.
• Build strategies and roadmaps for cyber workforce resilience and drive adoption of the hirify.global One platform.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews and provide reports and insights that support account health and expansion.
• Collaborate with sales, product, content, and engineering teams as the customer voice and an escalation point.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an information security practitioner or solution consultant, including pre-sales experience.
• Extensive client-facing experience presenting to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of IT fundamentals, including hardware, software, databases, networking, security, and software development.
• Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliance, and standards.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux, IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM, and public cloud environments.
• Experience leading technical presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Customer Success experience.
• CISSP or another relevant industry qualification.
