Senior Cyber Security Strategic Lead (DevOps Security)

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate the existing Fastlane MVP for onboarding applications and tools.
• Mature the Fastlane process, expand its scope, and establish it as a bank-wide standard.
• Define a three-year DevOps Security vision and roadmap aligned with the wider security strategy.
• Act as a strategic sparring partner to the DevOps Security manager and provide quarterly insights and proposals.
• Serve as a senior technical authority on DevOps and application security.
• Own and prioritise the team backlog while connecting risk, architecture, and developer behaviour.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT, risk management, or banking.
• Deep understanding of DevOps Security, application security, and platform security.
• Proven experience building and communicating a long-term technical vision.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in complex environments.
• Professional proficiency in English.
