Lead, Technology and Cyber Risk Management (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Develop technology and cybersecurity risk metrics, assessments, and management reporting.
• Prepare materials for regulatory interactions, audit examinations, and senior management meetings.
• Identify and assess risks in internal technologies and externally hosted systems.
• Define and execute information security and technology risk management programs aligned with regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Review technology and security controls, document findings, and drive remediation and risk reduction.
• Collaborate with Information Security, Privacy, and Enterprise Risk teams, advise on strategic initiatives, and participate in incident response when required.

Requirements

• Strong experience in IT risk management, technology risk, or IT audit.
• Required certification: CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience assessing information security, system development and change management, computer operations, and data protection processes.
• Working knowledge of financial services regulatory requirements, including FFIEC handbooks and country-specific regulatory bodies.
• Hands-on experience with COBIT 5, ISO 27001/27002, and NIST 800-53, along with strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
