Professional Services Consultant (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Execute daily delivery activities for assigned client programs and maintain timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Coordinate with Analysts and internal teams to deliver client initiatives and resolve technical or process issues.
• Conduct vendor risk assessments using approved methodologies, client requirements, and internal quality standards.
• Present findings and recommendations through reports, presentations, and client discussions.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams while developing expertise in hirify.global products and services.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in client-facing roles, consulting, customer success, support, or sales.
• Strong organizational, planning, project management, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to follow troubleshooting procedures and resolve technical or process issues systematically.
• Ability to manage multiple clients or workstreams while maintaining attention to detail.
• Interest in cybersecurity and Third-Party Risk Management.

Nice to have

• Experience with vendor security assessments, security audits, compliance evaluations, GRC, internal audit, or risk management.
• Experience engaging vendors or third parties on security topics, including questionnaires, findings, and remediation.
• Knowledge of threat intelligence, external attack surface monitoring, security ratings, or continuous monitoring.
• Cybersecurity or information risk certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or CISM.
• Experience with SOC operations, incident response, Salesforce, Google Suite, AI tools, or remote collaboration tools.
