TL;DR
Senior Manager, FP&A — Global Forecasting & Financial Data (Financial Modeling): Building standardized Excel databases and a cohesive global forecasting model with an accent on financial data governance, linked-workbook architecture, and cross-region consolidation. Focus on weekly Funnel-to-Cash forecasting, statistical methods such as regression analysis and Monte Carlo simulation, and introducing AI to improve forecast accuracy.
Location: Based in the Americas; benefits specified for Mexico.

What you will do
- Design and maintain standardized, pivot-ready Excel databases that consolidate data from source systems and Power BI.
- Define data schemas, extraction cutoffs, naming conventions, refresh cadences, version control, and audit documentation.
- Lead the transition from separate Google Sheets and Excel files to a cohesive set of linked financial workbooks.
- Own consolidated forecasts covering pipeline, revenue, costs, gross margin, OPEX, and global inputs.
- Perform weekly Funnel-to-Cash and monthly forecast and Latest Estimate updates, including actual-versus-forecast-versus-budget analysis.
- Provide accurate data, models, analysis, and visuals for executive and board reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; 7–10 years of progressive finance experience, including significant FP&A or financial modeling experience.
- Expert-level Excel and financial modeling skills, including advanced multi-workbook and linked-model design.
- Strong data management and statistical analysis skills, with experience creating standardized, pivot-ready datasets.
- Working familiarity with Power BI, data warehouses, Salesforce, HR information systems, and PSA platforms.
- Understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and SaaS or services metrics such as bookings, pipeline, and gross margin.
- Professional working proficiency in English and experience collaborating with globally distributed teams across time zones.

- Experience in a high-growth technology, SaaS, or services company.
- Engineering or Mathematics degree, MBA, or CFA.
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite.
