FP&A Manager (Financial Planning and Analysis): Owning financial planning, rolling forecasting, cash flow visibility, and performance reporting for a growing, multi-entity technology company with an accent on rigorous modeling, variance analysis, and accounting operations oversight. Focus on building budgets and KPI dashboards, reviewing accounting outputs, supporting tax and audit processes, and automating reporting with Sage Intacct, Excel, and AI tools.
Location: Overseas / Remote. Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm PST.

What you will do
- Lead the annual budgeting process, maintain the rolling monthly forecast, and prepare board-approved financial plans.
- Deliver variance analysis, financial commentary, KPI dashboards, and management reporting that explain business performance.
- Own weekly cash flow forecasting, monitor liquidity, support banking relationships, and contribute to covenant reporting.
- Review accounting operations outputs, including the GL close, reconciliations, journal entries, billing, collections, payroll, and accounts payable, for accuracy and timeliness.
- Partner with the Controller, external CPA firm, outsourced accounting provider, executive finance leadership, and operations teams on tax, audit, compliance, and reporting integrations.
- Use Sage Intacct, Excel, AI tools, and automation to improve modeling, reporting, and financial analysis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity.
- Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement analysis skills.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles sufficient to critically review accounting operations and reporting outputs.
- Proficiency in Sage Intacct or a comparable ERP system and advanced Excel.
- Demonstrated comfort with AI tools and interest in improving FP&A processes through technology.
- Strong communication skills for translating financial data into clear insights for non-finance leaders.
