Location: Niceville, Florida, United States

Salary: $130,000–$170,000 annually for Maryland and Virginia; $120,000–$150,000 annually for Nevada; $130,000–$170,000 annually for California.

What you will do

• Administer computer systems, network equipment, software, servers, desktops, zero clients, storage, and virtualization infrastructure.
• Install, configure, support, and upgrade Windows, Linux, VMware, SQL Server, Horizon UAG, and VDI environments.
• Maintain patching, STIG implementation, malware protection, backups, recovery procedures, syslog servers, databases, ACAS, and related infrastructure.
• Evaluate complex technical requirements, identify configuration risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Maintain compliance with TRMC directives, security policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and applicable RMF requirements.
• Write and review standard operating procedures and documentation for consistent configuration and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• At least 10 years of experience as a Systems Administrator.
• Technical bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in lieu of the degree.
• Strong experience with VMware virtualization, including VxRail, vSphere, vDS, and NSX; Windows administration including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, Web Application Proxy, ADFS, and PKI.
• Strong Linux experience with Docker, containers, Kubernetes, RHEL, Satellite, scripting, and Ansible playbooks.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and willingness to travel up to 20%.

Nice to have

• Experience with Horizon, UAG, VM pool provisioning, zero clients, SIEM tools, Layer 2/3 networking, firewalls, and DoD RMF environments.
• DoD 8570 certifications such as Security+ or CISSP.
• Experience with DoD wide-area networks, DREN, SDREN, EPO/Trellix, and ACAS.
• Strong coordination, communication, presentation, and technical documentation skills.
