Digital Account Director

Location: Glasgow, United Kingdom; covering Scotland, with candidates required to be based on the patch

Salary: £51,000 yearly, plus OTB of £22,000 and a car allowance of £6,000 or £6,800 depending on the car

What you will do

• Manage an elite portfolio of digital advertising customers with annual spend ranging from £8,000 to £70,000.
• Retain, nurture, and grow customer product spend through premium and bespoke digital marketing solutions.
• Identify and acquire new high-value digital advertising opportunities.
• Develop advertising programs that meet client needs and agency minimum spend thresholds.
• Work with the Field Sales Manager and BDMs to generate referrals and support BDM training and development.
• Implement sales best practices, facilitate onboarding, and build a high-performance sales culture.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing high-value digital advertising accounts.
• A proven record of successful digital sales performance, including customer growth and high-value acquisition.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns and technology.
• Strategic thinking, resilience, discipline, tenacity, and adaptability.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex digital information clearly.
• Emotionally intelligent, professional, respectful, and collaborative approach.
