Back-End (+RPA) Developer (RPA)

Salary: USD 95,000–105,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications, modules, and RPA solutions.
• Manage the software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, releases, and documentation.
• Lead, guide, and mentor developers through code reviews and technical support.
• Monitor and support customer-facing RPA operations, resolving issues and enhancing existing solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements with customers and engineers, recommending appropriate solutions.
• Debug complex issues, optimize application performance, and ensure security and quality standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of web-based system development experience, including Java or Python and intranet system development or maintenance.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• Experience with HTML/DHTML, jQuery, JavaScript, JSON, and AJAX.
• Experience with Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL procedures.
• Ability to create software design and engineering documentation, work independently or collaboratively, and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field preferred.

Nice to have

• RPA development or operations experience.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Korean and English bilingual ability.
