Logistics Coordinator - Bilingual (English/ Spanish)

Compensation: USD 23–24 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate ocean, land, and air transportation from origin through final delivery.
• Track shipments, lead times, costs, inventory, and delivery status to support timely fulfillment.
• Prepare shipping documentation, quotations, invoices, and transaction records for billing.
• Coordinate transportation providers, suppliers, logistics service providers, and internal account and pricing teams.
• Manage co-loading, intercompany shipments, transfer billing, and high-volume customer accounts.
• Report supply chain KPIs and develop performance metrics for internal resources and external partners.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two logistics jobs with six months of experience desired.
• Strong communication, organization, coordination, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Excellent computer and database management skills with high data-entry efficiency.
• Ability to manage shipment documentation, billing records, inventory data, and operational reports accurately.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
