Logistics Coordinator - Warehousing & Distribution | M-F, 1pm-10pm

Location: Irving, Texas, USA; onsite, Monday–Friday, 1:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Process and enter customer orders and distribution account data.
• Prepare operational reports, work orders, receiving and shipping documents, and inventory records.
• Coordinate receiving, order allocation, shipping, inventory management, order tracing, and backorder tracking.
• Review transportation bills and support accurate client and vendor billing.
• Act as a liaison between warehouse staff, customers, vendors, and internal office teams.
• Maintain compliance with internal standards, government regulations, and customer requirements; escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective interpersonal, listening, comprehension, and communication skills.
• Professional, positive, and helpful attitude.
