Warehouse Agent (Night Shift)

Location: Onsite in Hawthorne, California, United States. Monday–Friday, 7:00 PM–3:30 AM night shift; overtime may be required.

Compensation: $20.00–$30.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Receive, inspect, count, and verify inbound and outbound freight, including condition and documentation.
• Load, unload, move, and stage cargo safely using appropriate material-handling equipment.
• Store, organize, retrieve, and label freight while maintaining accurate system records.
• Prepare outbound shipments with correct quantities, labels, and dispatch documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse in line with OSHA, TSA, CCSF, and company standards.
• Support inventory accuracy through reporting, cycle counts, and other warehouse activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; future employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• Fluent written and verbal English is required.
• Ability to commute to the Hawthorne, California warehouse and work the assigned overnight schedule.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform frequent bending and reaching movements, lift using proper techniques, and work safely under tight deadlines.
• Successful completion of a background check and internal dangerous-goods course is required; forklift certification is required if assigned.

• Associate or undergraduate degree.
