Manager, FP&A (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasting templates for strategic planning, capital allocation, cash management, and business decisions.
• Analyze P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, operational performance, and non-financial metrics.
• Explain performance variances, identify trends, and provide actionable financial insights.
• Partner with regional functions and senior leadership on investment cases and data-driven decisions.
• Support logistics, commercial, service operations, and pricing functions by establishing scalable processes and improving KPI performance.
• Lead cost-saving and revenue-enhancing initiatives while automating and streamlining reporting frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–8+ years of experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, investment banking, or strategy consulting.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, multinational, technology, e-commerce, delivery, or logistics environments is preferred.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills and experience analyzing large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL, or Power BI.
• Strong presentation, communication, stakeholder management, ownership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth multinational technology, e-commerce, delivery, or logistics company.
• More extensive experience may be considered for a Senior Manager position.
