Senior, Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist (Central FP&A; E-commerce)

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling monthly forecasts, and variance or gap analysis.
• Build financial models and conduct data-driven analysis to support senior executive decisions.
• Partner with Taiwan business stakeholders to translate commercial developments into financial impacts and corrective actions.
• Align local performance, market dynamics, and strategic initiatives with Corporate FP&A at Global Headquarters.
• Design management reporting structures that reinforce accountability and ownership.
• Develop and improve financial reporting tools, models, and automated dashboards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience in a fast-paced technology, digital, or e-commerce environment.
• Experience in consolidated corporate financial planning, financial modeling, and executive reporting.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to synthesize complex, high-volume datasets into strategic recommendations.
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency and hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Business-fluent English, written and verbal, is required for communication with cross-functional stakeholders and global leadership.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, high-growth, fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other BI and data visualization platforms.
• SQL proficiency for independent data extraction and analysis.
