Director / Head of FP&A (SaaS/Fintech)

Location: On-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Restaurant management ecosystem and payment technology provider operating as a rapidly growing SaaS business across the MENA region.

What you will do

• Own annual budgeting, long-range planning, rolling forecasts, and reforecast cycles.
• Lead monthly performance reviews covering revenue, ARR, margins, EBITDA, OPEX, cash flow, headcount, and operating metrics.
• Build driver-based financial models and base, upside, and downside scenarios for strategic decisions.
• Partner with Commercial, Product, Technology, Operations, and People teams to improve resource allocation and governance.
• Evaluate pricing, new products, geographic expansion, partnerships, and M&A through business cases and post-investment reviews.
• Upgrade FP&A systems, reporting, automation, and AI workflows using Claude and finance technology.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business finance, or strategic finance, including meaningful leadership responsibility.
• 5+ years of sales experience in the SaaS or fintech industry.
• Active CMA certification or CFA charter is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and fintech economics, including recurring revenue, retention, churn, unit economics, payments, and margins.
• Current, sophisticated day-to-day use of Claude for finance work.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and presenting to Executive Committee or Board audiences; advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills required.

• Experience with BI tools, SQL, planning systems, and finance automation.
