Business Product Officer (UAE National Only)

What you will do

• Respond to customer inquiries about airline products and services.
• Process sales transactions and orders, applying correct products, pricing, and discounts.
• Maintain accurate customer records, master data, promotional information, and sales data.
• Prepare and distribute regular sales and operational reports.
• Provide sales teams with customer and transaction information for account management.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across sales support activities.

Requirements

• UAE nationality is required.
• High School Certificate or a higher qualification, including vocational, bachelor’s, or master’s degrees.
• Strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively with a team.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer service, sales support, administration, ticketing, or a related field.
• Experience with customer records, data entry, or transaction processing.
• Basic analytical and reporting capabilities.
