Senior Manager, Pharmacy

Location: Remote Flex - North Carolina

Salary: $143,616.00–$229,786.00 per year, plus an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Direct clinical and non-clinical pharmacy utilization management operations for an assigned Commercial or Government segment.
• Monitor program performance, team dependencies, vendor and PBM services, operational risks, and quality targets.
• Manage or support departmental and corporate projects affecting pharmacy utilization management operations and vendors.
• Ensure utilization management programs comply with state, federal, and accrediting-body regulations, including corrective action plans when needed.
• Evaluate pharmacy industry trends and develop utilization management interventions for traditional and specialty therapies.
• Represent Pharmacy in strategic planning, cross-functional committees, budget planning, PBM meetings, customer meetings, and executive presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Pharmacy; 10+ years of related experience may substitute for the degree.
• 8+ years of experience in a related field, or 10+ years in lieu of a pharmacy degree.
• Current pharmacy license required; NC licensure may be required for some roles.
• Experience with pharmacy operations, medication therapy, utilization management, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement.
