FP&A Director (Travel Insurance)

What you will do

• Own long-term financial planning, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and results monitoring across departments.
• Establish the monthly reporting cadence, including variance analysis and department budget reviews.
• Partner with leadership and Growth on financial analysis, acquisition strategy, partner performance, and pipeline forecasting across B2C and B2B2C channels.
• Track public market trends and develop financial ratios to monitor capital efficiency and operational health.
• Measure, analyze, and report company KPIs while keeping financial models aligned with operational data.
• Use AI tools to automate anomaly detection, budget-versus-actual reporting, cash flow forecasting, and internal controls.

Requirements

• 7+ years of FP&A experience, including experience with global B2C companies.
• Experience building and scaling FP&A processes, financial models, and reporting structures in a high-growth environment.
• Strong command of accounting, financial, and operational principles.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, FP&A systems, and automation tools experience.
• ERP experience; NetSuite is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in real finance workflows and a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another quantitative field. Fluent English, written and verbal, is required.
