FP&A

Location: Remote in the United States; up to 10% travel may be required.

Base salary: $115,000–$151,000 per year, plus equity eligibility for full-time roles.

hirify.global is a remote cybersecurity product company developing NodeZero, an autonomous penetration-testing and security-assessment platform for internal, external, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments.

What you will do

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and forecasting cycles.
• Prepare and maintain consolidated financial models covering the income statement, balance sheet, headcount, operating expenses, cash flow, and planning schedules.
• Consolidate results and forecasts across departments, entities, cost centers, and other reporting dimensions.
• Analyze actuals against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods to identify drivers, variances, trends, and risks.
• Prepare recurring management reports and financial presentations for Finance and company leadership.
• Build and scale FP&A processes, KPIs, reporting packages, planning infrastructure, and scenario models, including support for the rollout of Pigment.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of FP&A experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and financial process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with FP&A systems, automation, and AI-enabled tools, including identifying opportunities to streamline planning, reporting, and analysis workflows.
• Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Proactive, builder-oriented mindset and comfort working in an evolving, high-growth environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or high-growth technology, ideally cybersecurity or enterprise software.
