Manager of Development & Automation (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; role based in Austin, Texas

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 annually, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Grow, onboard, mentor, and support the Development & Automation team.
• Own the automation and systems integration roadmap across internal operations and client environments.
• Identify manual processes and deliver scalable workflow automations, integrations, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Partner with leadership, department heads, technical teams, vendors, and clients to define and deliver high-impact initiatives.
• Streamline service desk, ticketing, onboarding and offboarding, billing, and client lifecycle workflows.
• Track measurable impact through time savings, efficiency gains, reporting, and service improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in automation, systems integration, DevOps, or technical operations.
• 1+ year leading or mentoring AI or automation initiatives.
• Experience in an MSP, SaaS, or other multi-client service environment.
• Hands-on experience with M365, Azure, PowerShell, Power Platform, PSA/RMM tools, and APIs.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI and working knowledge of data structures.
• Ability to apply AI to operational or client-facing use cases and deliver measurable business impact.
