Engineering Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States. Candidates must already have U.S. work authorization; sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Estimated base salary: $160,000–$180,000 per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Manage a sprint team of software engineers and oversee team development and delivery.
• Manage integration specialists building and maintaining connectors for ERP and business applications.
• Own the technical roadmap, delivery, quality, and operational health of Fastpath Access Governance services.
• Lead the native integration of Fastpath Access Governance capabilities into the hirify.global Platform.
• Partner with product management, UX, and architecture in a Scrum model to shape requirements and drive technical decisions.
• Drive the adoption of AI coding assistants, design tools, and AI-based test automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years managing Agile engineering teams, with a strong record of delivery and team development.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with deep knowledge of .NET/C# or comparable backend technologies.
• Experience making architecture decisions for distributed systems and operating cloud-native services on Azure or AWS at scale.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and senior leadership.
• Experience with AI coding assistants, AI design tools, and AI-based test automation.

Nice to have

• Experience in identity governance, access management, security software, segregation of duties, access certification, or audit and compliance workflows.
• Experience integrating ERP, HCM, or CRM systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or Salesforce.
• Experience scaling engineering teams in a fast-growing SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Azure, and AI-first engineering practices.
