What you will do

• Develop and implement sales enablement strategies aligned with sales segments, go-to-market needs, sales support, and digital content development.
• Translate business requirements into solution requirements for complex sales solutions.
• Coordinate subject-matter expertise, scope initiatives, and manage deployment timelines.
• Define plans for change programs, digital content, communications, readiness, and rollout.
• Assess solution effectiveness and communicate results to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least five years of professional experience in project management, sales, learning and development, education, communications, content management, creative development, or quantitative analysis.
• Strong relationship-building, strategic partnering, research, analysis, project or program management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to innovate and consistently produce high-quality results.
