Program Manager/Training Lead

Location: Chicago, IL or Detroit, MI; remote and hybrid options are listed, while the workplace is also specified as on-site. United States citizenship is required.

Salary: $180,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Review training plans and coordinate with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team to establish schedules, timelines, and delivery priorities.
• Design, develop, and deliver substantive and role-based training for VCF staff, including instructor-led, in-person, and virtual sessions.
• Develop myVCF system training using materials, test scenarios, and screenshots provided by the system integrator.
• Create professional graphics, How-To Guides, website content, PowerPoints, handouts, and other internal and external communications.
• Support staff through the transition to transformed claims review and operational processes, including focus-group planning and rollout activities.
• Submit training and communication materials for approval and track revisions through completion.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience developing training for clients.
• At least 7 years of experience managing training and communications teams and schedules.
• Experience designing comprehensive curricula, manuals, tutorials, and e-learning modules.
• Experience using Adobe Captivate for training development.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Must be a United States citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
