Program Manager/Training Lead

Salary: $180,000–$200,000 per year.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver role-based training curriculum and materials for internal and external audiences.
• Manage multiple concurrent training workstreams and coordinate schedules with the transformation readiness team.
• Create professional-quality graphics, How-To Guides, and communication media for system and process changes.
• Co-deliver substantive training sessions for staff on claims lifecycle processes and system usage.
• Track all training and communication materials through the approval process to ensure quality and prioritization.
• Support staff transition and rollout of transformed operational processes in partnership with system integrators.

Requirements

• Must be a United States citizen.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience managing training and communications teams.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing training for clients.
• Proficiency in using Adobe Captivate for training development.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
