Program Manager/Training Lead

Location: Washington, DC or Arlington, VA; remote and hybrid options are also listed. United States citizenship is required.

Salary: $180,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver substantive, role-based, system, instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning training.
• Create curricula and standardized materials covering end-to-end claims lifecycle processes, including claim review, administration, quality control, and payment.
• Develop user-friendly graphics, How-To Guides, PowerPoint presentations, handouts, website content, and other communications for internal and external audiences.
• Coordinate training schedules, timelines, deliverables, and multiple concurrent workstreams with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team.
• Support staff transition and rollout of transformed claim review and operational processes in partnership with VCF and the system integrator.
• Submit training and communications materials for approval, track revisions, and report updates to VCF leadership.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience developing training for clients.
• At least 7 years of experience managing training and communications teams and schedules.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience using Adobe Captivate for training development.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deliver quality materials on schedule.
• Must be a United States citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
