Program Manager/Training Lead

Location: Miami, FL or Tampa, FL; the posting also lists remote and hybrid options, while the employment and workplace fields state full-time onsite. Must be a United States citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Salary: $180,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Review training plans and collaborate with the transformation readiness team to finalize the overall training approach, schedule, and timeline.
• Design, develop, and deliver role-based, substantive, instructor-led, in-person, and virtual training for government staff.
• Develop training for end-to-end claims lifecycle processes, including claim review, administration, quality control, and payment.
• Design myVCF system training using materials from the system integrator, including user guides, tutorials, and e-learning content.
• Create professional graphics, PowerPoints, handouts, website content, and other communications for public, legal, and internal audiences.
• Lead training workstreams, coordinate with transformation and system integration teams, and track materials through review and approval.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience developing training for clients.
• At least 7 years of experience managing training and communications teams and schedules.
• Experience designing comprehensive curricula, manuals, tutorials, and e-learning modules.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and concurrent workstream management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience using Adobe Captivate, United States citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance are required.
