Program Manager/Training Lead

What you will do

• Review draft training plans and collaborate with the transformation readiness team to finalize training approach and materials.
• Design, develop, and deliver role-based and substantive training aligned to the VCF Transformation Training Plan, including curriculum and standardized materials.
• Develop myVCF system training using materials provided by the myVCF system integrator.
• Create professional graphics and communication media (e.g., how-to guides, website content, PowerPoints, handouts) and support focus group planning/execution.
• Support staff transition and rollout of transformed claims review and operational processes in partnership with the VCF team and system integrator.
• Submit training and communications for VCF approval and track materials through the approval process to ensure prioritization and updates.

Requirements

• United States citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing training for clients; minimum 7 years managing training and communications teams and schedules.
• Ability to design comprehensive training approach, curriculum, and materials (manuals, tutorials, and e-learning modules).
• Strong leadership and coordination skills to manage multiple concurrent training workstreams and deliver on-time, high-quality outputs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Must have experience using Adobe Captivate for training development.
