Sales Manager

Location: Greater Chicago, Illinois area; the candidate must be domiciled within 50 miles of the listed sales territory. Remote work is not available.

Salary: $7,890–$20,240 monthly.

What you will do

• Lead and guide a sales team in achieving assigned district goals.
• Plan, execute, and oversee sales activities.
• Provide daily training, coaching, and professional development.
• Visit selected customer accounts alongside sales representatives.
• Apply management, interpersonal, and communication skills to support sales performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Five years of commercial or industrial sales experience, or two years of sales management experience.
• Strong basic management, human relations, and communication skills.
• Must be domiciled within 50 miles of the listed sales territory in the Greater Chicago area.

Nice to have

• Experience managing and coaching sales professionals.
• International logistics sales experience.
