LMS Specialist - LMS & Training Support (SAP SuccessFactors)

Location: Hybrid role based in or near Alexandria, Virginia, United States, with work on and off the client site across the Mid-Atlantic Region.

What you will do

• Administer learning management systems, including SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
• Manage course content, configurations, enrollment, tracking, and compliance training.
• Prepare LMS reports and support training analytics for executive, leadership, and program users.
• Support workforce planning and strategic human capital analytics for federal HR modernization.
• Enhance operational efficiency through digital transformation, process automation, and integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools.
• Support workforce research, program evaluations, compliance assessments, and service delivery aligned with OPM HRStat and the GPRA Modernization Act.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Education, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of LMS experience.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS and training systems.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills, and effective written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools, Microsoft Office, and related business technologies.
• U.S. citizenship is required; visa sponsorship, including H-1B and TN sponsorship, is not available.
