Sr. Learning Systems Specialist, Talent & Development

Location: Hybrid role based in New York, Jersey City, or Boston, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 annual base salary plus annual bonus target.

What you will do

• Administer, configure, govern, and optimize the Docebo LMS and other learning content platforms.
• Develop and maintain the learning technology roadmap, evaluating enhancements, integrations, tools, and new functionality.
• Advise Talent & Development, course owners, and employees on course design, content deployment, learning pathways, and platform capabilities.
• Manage online content sites, digital libraries, learning resources, data integrity, compliance, user access, and system performance.
• Generate learning reports and dashboards, analyze utilization and effectiveness, and provide recommendations to Talent & Development leaders.
• Lead or support implementations, migrations, upgrades, and optimization projects while coordinating IT, HRIS, communications teams, and vendors.

Requirements

• Prior experience managing Docebo is required. Docebo administrator certification and credentialing are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience managing learning technologies such as LMS, LXP, content libraries, assessment platforms, or virtual learning tools.
• Experience with Docebo, Coursera, and Harvard Business Review learning platforms.
• Strong knowledge of digital learning operations, system administration, reporting, user support, project management, and problem-solving.
• Experience working with IT, course owners, HRIS teams, external vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Docebo administrator certification and credentialing.
