E-Learning Developer (SAP SuccessFactors)

Location: Hybrid, on and off client site in Alexandria, Virginia, across the Mid-Atlantic Region; U.S. citizenship required

What you will do

• Administer SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System as an on-site administrator and subject matter expert.
• Provide Tier II technical support, track issues, and maintain help desk statistics.
• Create, configure, integrate, test, and maintain LMS courses and e-learning solution components.
• Support course tracking, compliance reporting, workflows, dashboards, and system administration.
• Develop e-learning content and improve digital learning experiences for federal human capital modernization.
• Document deployment and support procedures while contributing to data-driven operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, IT, education, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of LMS or e-learning development experience.
• Experience with SCORM, LMS tools, and content authoring.
• Creativity, communication skills, attention to detail, analytical ability, and strong organization.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools, Microsoft Office, and business technology.
• Must be a United States citizen; visa sponsorship, including H-1B and TN sponsorship, is not available.
