Salary: $81,753 – $138,980 Annually.

What you will do

• Maintain and manage the LMS course catalog, including scheduling, testing, and loading course materials.
• Perform advanced system administration tasks such as creating curricula and assigning learning paths.
• Design and execute reports while performing analytics to track business outcomes.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues and provide support for learning technology tools.
• Create and deliver training materials, including job aids and webinars for instructors and regional contacts.
• Implement new learning technologies and perform simple edits to digital learning content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, HR Systems, or Data Analytics required.
• 6+ years of experience as an LMS Administrator or equivalent role.
• 6+ years of experience with reporting and analytics.
• Demonstrated experience administering Cornerstone OnDemand.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree.
• Cornerstone LMS platform certifications.
• Knowledge of Power BI and data visualization.
• Experience with audio/video editing.
