Strategic Learning Consultant (Canvas)

Location: US-REMOTE; remote role with travel to client sites and potential extended onsite engagements as needed.

What you will do

• Collaborate with institutional stakeholders to create communication, training, engagement, and change-management plans.
• Lead consulting, product training, coaching, and follow-up activities to increase adoption and improve learner engagement.
• Use data and inquiry processes to analyze challenges and apply targeted strategies connected to instructional best practices.
• Mentor leaders, faculty, instructional designers, coaches, and staff on Canvas, Mastery Connect, Impact, and other hirify.global products.
• Develop adoption resources, model courses, help documents, course materials, and presentations tailored to each organization.
• Identify additional support needs and collaborate with customers and internal teams during product rollouts.

Requirements

• At least three years of teaching or consulting experience in K12 or higher education, including experience with a digital learning environment.
• At least two years of Canvas and/or Mastery Connect experience, including creating engaging, responsive, and inclusive Canvas courses.
• At least one year of educational leadership experience overseeing a team supporting a learning and assessment management system.
• Experience leading change, building relationships, delivering professional development, and rolling out technology platforms to large organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology or an equivalent field.
• Willingness to travel to client sites is required; future assignments may include extended onsite engagements.

Nice to have

• Additional experience with Studio, Catalog, Credentials, or Impact.
• Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or Instructional Technology.
• More than two years of Canvas or Mastery Connect experience.
